Ebill deadline extended: Update details for emailed accounts

The City has extended the deadline of 31 December 2025 for residents to receive their municipal account via email. The City will communicate the new deadline in due course. Residents are encouraged to send their account number, contact number and email address to the City via email or SMS to receive their accounts in their inbox. The City will soon stop sending bills by post and will issue accounts via email. Those who do not have an email address should contact the City’s Call Centre at 0860 103 089 for assistance.
majority have already switched to emailed accounts. We have decided to extend the deadline to give more residents the opportunity to switch to eBills. We’re urging all customers to register as soon as possible. We will communicate the new deadline in the new year.
Simply email or SMS your account number, contact number and email address. It’s a quick process which ensures your account is delivered straight to your inbox. Assistance is available for those without email addresses. Please contact the City’s Call Centre on 0860 103 089.
